SO trying to Set A Condition Up like this:
But when I hit save it inserts a stage:
I don't want the New Stage as I just want the No Condition and the Yes Condition to just finish on the last stage any thoughts?

While giving the condition it is applicable for previous step.
While saving you are getting one more step please do the validation because if you are adding any step it will ask one data step at least then it will allow to save or validate.
Please go throw above statement if problem is still there you could raise the microsoft ticket.

As a workaround you can try modifying your BPF as follows:
reverse the condition (i.e. New Account?)
This should work.
