Budget Plan - Top down - Aggregate not working

  • D365FO -  10.0.31
  • Created Budget Plan process for 2 level organizational hierarchy 
    • Parent = Finance Department
      • Child 1 = IT Department
      • Child 2 - HR Department
  • What is working
    • Can create Parent plan
    • When submitting to workflow it creates the 2 X Child plans
    • Can enter values in the Child plans
    • Can submit the Child plans to workflow
    • The Parent changes to the AGGREATE stage
  • What isn't working
    • The Parent plan is not getting the AGGREGATED values from the Child plans
