I am trying to figure out why the /Regarding/ field is not available in Microsoft Outlook under tasks. From what I can tell the configuration should be sending the Regarding field from Dynamics to Outlook as part of the 2 way synch process, which is is enabled in the admin settings. When I open Outlook and go to task I try to add the /Regarding/ column from the Field Chooser and it is not an option. Tasks are flowing in to Outlook, and I can see the owner, subject, body, due date, but not the regarding field so I know the Sync process is working correctly.
II see some old posts about this but nothing with a solution. We are running the current version of Outlook/Exchange.
