VAT and prices includes VAT option

Hi all,

I am trying to accomplish the following scenario within Business Central but I can not get it to work properly.

Product P001 has a unit price of €121.
When a customer located in Belgium wants to buy this the price will be €121.00 which has 21% VAT included.
When a customer located in Germany wants to buy this product the price will still be €121.00 but it will have 19% VAT included.

What I currently have in Business Central is that the price for this product is €143.99 which has 19% VAT included instead of the expected €121.00.
I have checked the checkbox prices includes vat on the Item, Customer Price Group, Customer and on the quotation I am using for testing.

Does anyone have an idea of how to accomplish this?

Hi, In BC, the tax rate is confirmed by the combination of VAT Bus. Posting Group and VAT Prod. Posting Group.
It seems that your customer has set up the same VAT Bus. Posting Group, which results in the same tax rate. Please check your VAT Posting Setup and Customer Card.

Tax rate is determined by the combination of the VAT Business Posting Group and the VAT Product Posting Group.

Check if this 2 fields assigned properly.
