Copilot related clarifications

Hi,
 
I have enabled Copilot in one of the Custom MDA app. I noticed two copilots with options: "Copilot Chat" and "Ask a Question" / "Write an Email." Could you please explain the difference between these two Copilot and its features?
 
   
 
Also, could you suggest how I can enable Copilot Chat feature (as shown in the first screenshot) in the Customer Service Hub?
