Emails in S&S Social Pane displaying HTML Code

Recently emails displayed in the Social Pane of Service & Cases are showing HTML code rather than the formatted message

Users spend additional time opening the emails to view the content, rather than scrolling through the pane as they used to do.

Is there a known cause at Outlook or D365, and how can we stop the HTML code from displaying here?

Cheers

Hi, could be a good reason to switch to the new Unified Interface as it displays correctly there and you'll be forced to switch soon anyway (assuming you're online)

    Regards

    Hi Partner

This is a known issue after recent upgrade in the CRM, MS team is working on this to get this issue fixed. You can raise a MS ticket to get the current status for wait for a while till it gets fixed.

    Hello,

I am going through the similar issue. I am pulling the CRM Entity activity data using API and the email description comes in with html/css code. I would really appreciate if anyone has some insight on this issue.
