Dynamics GP 2018 Item Quantities Smartlist duplication

Hello Folks, I have a question about duplication in GP2018.  When I run a smartlist in our system to find the Item quantities at a specific Site, I get random Duplicated line items.  I cannot for the life of me figure out what setting I may have wrong or what I need to change to fix this,  It is more OCD frustrating than anything, but could cause a calculation error down the road if It is not caught before formulating.  Items in this smartlist have multiple sites assigned to them but this smartlist is only calling out the 1, yet it shows 2 lines when there is clearly only 1 there.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Alright, Thanks folks for the suggestions.  I added a few more columns to the mix and found there is a second Location Code Column that shows different data.  I have now scoured GP and cannot find reference to this other location code spot. The Interesting thing related to this specific item# is that the "Central Mo" site ID was removed from the whole system a while back but low and behold, it is still referencing it here.  Would a reconcile fix this?

    You need to check your data, is it correct? check in back end
     

    select * from IV00102 where ITEMNMBR in ('1000','3162','1291')
     
    check how many records are returning, notice Item number, location code and record type fields

    I'm sure this isn't super helpful but I don't have an environment to log on to right now.  I think there is a field for record type and 0 means overall.  I think I've seen this before where I expected it to be just the one site since that's what I was filtering on but I had to add the restriction for record type not equal to 0.
