Hello,
How can I get the report name from data provider.
When I have sub-report that is ran from main-report, I want to get the name of current sub report (when it is running).

Hi Eitan,
Use the report controller class -> preRunModifyContract() to pass the report name to contract class. Using data provider class store the name in the temporary table to get it when it is running.

you can get it through Menu Item...
from there you can get details about ur required item/report.

I need to know the name of the sub report - not the name of the main report (that the subreport is in it).
The srsReportRunController class is run only once, when I run the main report.
The dataprovider class is running twice (first time for main report and second time for sub-report), so I need resolving the sub-report name from the dataprovider class.
u can also open the main report in visual studio and from there u can see the sub report name as well.
I want to see in runtime - not in design time
