Single production order for all WIP items

Hello All,

Is there any possibility to create single production order for FG item and it will create WIP or Semi-Finished Goods production order automatically as define in BOM. 

I am asking about simple production order not master planning. 

For Example: -

WIP Item: - CB86221_000_1_010 (to produce 1 pc required 1kg of Raw material)

Intermediate Item: - CB86221_000_1_500 (to produce 1 pc required 1pc of WIP item)

FG Item: - CB86221_000_1 (to produce 1 pc required 1pc of Intermediate stage item)

simply I want to create production order for 1 pc of FG item, and it should create required qty of WIP and Intermediate item.

Please help!

    Hi Ashutosh91,

    You can have a look at phantom items to achieve your requirement. On the production order, the phantom will be exploded on the production BOM. Have a look at the next blog to learn more about phantom items: www.sikich.com/.../
