We would really appreciate any guidance on a CRM solution that can be integrated with Dynamics SL 2015 or later?
There was a product written under contract with Microsoft by a reseller in Michigan, after MS abandoned their announced product development. The software was marketed as INFUSE, it required a license from Scribe, it supported two way integrations between SL and CRM. It took lots of time to adapt one of the integration tasks between SL and CRM, but worked it well once handling of data exceptions was scripted.
Its been several years since that solution was released, I don't recall the reseller's name or if they have maintained it - originally written for SL2011. Pierre Hulsebus was the lead developer, he is still active with CRM and integration with other products. You may try reaching out to him directly, even though he now works with other products besides SL.

Must I assume that there are no CRM add-ons for Dynamics SL?
