We are implementing a field service solution for one of our clients. When we add a product on Wor Order in CRM, default price will be populated and Totals will be calculated based on the Quantity. But when we are trying to add a Product in Work Order on Resco Mobile App, it is not populating the default price and Total are also not been calculated. Any ideas on how to get this working are very much appreciated.

I have the same question (0)From what I remember, the Work Order Product only gets all the fields filled in when a Incident is added to the Work Order. This in turn will add all Products/Services and Service Tasks to the Work Order.
If you are adding a manual Work Order Product. The automation of adding those fields might not work. You might have to add that automation yourself using form rules.
Is that product your selecting have a price list attached to it?
