For the last 6 weeks I've been sending emails and my open rates have been around 22-24%. For the last weeks my open rate has suddenly dropped to 13% for the last 2 emails I've sent. I don't think it's a coincidence as the number of unique opens for both mails have been almost the same. For me I'm always more concerned about the click through rate but still, it seems really strange that this has happened. Has anyone got any ideas?
