Hi There

I have given the legal entity specific access for ' Accounts receivable payment clerk' role to the user.

The user is not able to see the pending transaction for settlement in AR > receipt journal.

If i give the access for all legal entities on the same role, the user is able to see the pending transactions in the above screen.

Apart from security, is there any setup I need to do? e.g. org hierarchy etc.

This role works ok in standard D365 microsoft env (specifc to legal entity).

However its an issue in the customer env.

    Hi,

Can you check that this role has the following duties/privileges assigned?
