How Can i create Launch workflow in customer Journey?Can u explain where can i create Launch workflow Activity in Dynamics 365 Marketing App?

Hi Selvi_Bharathiraj,

In order to launch a workflow in a customer journey: please use the "Launch workflow" action from the journey toolbox and select the workflow that you would like to run (see the screenshot below).

Hi Selvi,

If you create an on-demand workflow and the source entity is set to contact, then the workflow will be available in drop-down list:

Hi Selvi,

1. Open Advanced Settings.

(If it navigates your to powerapps admin page, then you could enter following URL to open advanced settings page forcelly:

https://<orgurl>/main.aspx?settingsonly=true)

2. Settings > Processes

3. Create a new workflow

4. Set the workflow to on-demand and active it.

5. Then the workflow will be available and will run on members in segment.

Firstly you need to create a on demand workflow (on the contact entity)

Select the fields you want the workflow to update

Save the workflow and publish

Select the Lauch workflow tile and select the workflow created
