Hi,

Is there a pre-engagement questionnaire for NAV - like the way we have for AX? This will be very useful to collect requirements.

    you could also write your questions in detail in this forum. the members will try to guide you ans answer your questions step by step. if you decide to use nav in the end, you will need a nav partner in your area. for that goto microsoft pinpoint.

    You will not be able to find a Questionnaire inbuilt in Dynamics NAV, however you can get the Questionnaire from the surestep. Go to this link : https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Surestep/default.aspx

    and search for Questionnaire and go to Documents tab and you will be able to find the Questionnaire related to Dynamics NAV requirement gathering.

    The questionnaire above referenced was not the one you are expecting it is a questionnaire in the application itself which is used during implementation to upload thedata, but i believe the one you are looking for is one which could use before you start the implementation and i don't believe we have one available for Navision.
