Dears,

Kindly i want to know how to stop any transaction related to cost for any project and allow to revenue transaction only to make?

i try to make the project stage is (no cost) but it stooped the user to make any transaction related to cost and revenue and i need to stop the transaction that related to cost only.

Hi,

There is no standard feature to stop posting costs on a project.

You thus have to consider workarounds.

One possible workaround would be disabling the cost account - project findim combination that is setup in your account structures.

If you are not booking costs then why do you need a project?

A Sales order or free text invoice should suffice?
