Where i can enter coverage amount and premium amount in new benefit management

    Hi John,

    You can follow the below steps.

    1. Navigate to ESS
    2. On the far right side of the form, you will have a Benefits card. Select ‘Benefits self-service’
    3. A slider will launch.
    4. Select OK at the bottom of the form.
    5. Next, you will be brought to the Employee benefits form. Only the tiles that were set up in the previous section (Setup ESS) will be shown in this form.
    6. In the medical plan section, select Medical HD- Employee only plan, and add it to your cart.  (Depending on your browser and sizing) you may see only an ellipsis above.  You will need to expand that to see the ‘add to cart option’
    7. Select the dental tile on the left-hand side and select the Dental -Employee only plan and add to cart
    8. Move to the vision tile, and select the Vision – Employee only plan
    9. Move to the life tile-The Basic plan may already be in your cart as this is a mandatory plan. If it isn’t, add the plan to your cart.
    10. Move to the Long term disability tile – add the plan to your cart
    11. Move to the Short term disability tile – add that to your cart.
    12. Move to the Flexible spending account tile – Enter $100 in the Employee amount line and add to the cart.
