Hi all,
We have updated the Remote Assist HoloLens app to fix an issue causing the app to unexpectedly shut down for some EU customers. The new version number is 312.2212.08003.0. If you experienced this issue, please update your app and try again. It is not necessary to update the Remote Assist solution or other apps. If you still experience the issue, please let us know so we can investigate and get you unblocked.

Thank you very much for your information.
We have discovered a problem with the new version, we are unable to use bluetooth headphones in communication with Remote Assist.
Everything else works fine (even Remote Assist sounds) but no communication.
We have tested with different HoloLens 2 and different bluetooth headphone, always the same result.
The only solution we have found so far is to install a previous version (302.2102.2003.0)
