Name Translation Error when trying to import an organization in Deployment Manager

Good Morning

I am having a name translation error when I am trying to import/create an organization with D365 version 9.0.28 OP. This server has been operating for over a year with no problems as this was a clean install at the time and I have imported created organizations before. Where do I look to try to find the solution to why this isn't working?

When you are trying to import an organization in Deployment Manager, you see the error message: "Name Translation Error."Troubleshooting,Do the following to troubleshoot this issue:1. Open the organization detail in Deployment Manager.2. Navigate to Organization > Configuration > System Properties > Add Property.3. Enter a name in the Name field and a value in the Value field; then click OK.4. Save your changes by navigating to File > Save All Changes.5. Attempt to import your organization again. Deployment Manager will not allow you to import an organization even if it has no errors. This is because some organizations contain characters not allowed in an organization name. The Deployment Manager will not allow you to import an organization that contains these characters.
