Dynamics GP Payroll Yearend Update

Posted on by 5
Has any information been released about the yearend Dynamics GP Payroll update?

I am trying to determine if it will allow our company to comply with a Minnesota state law which goes into effect on January 1, 2024, requiring employers to provide paid earned sick and safe leave (ESSL) to all employees who work for the employer within the state at least 80 hours during the year.

Employees accrue one hour of ESSL for every 30 hours worked up to 48 hours per year.
Employee earnings statements must show the total number of ESSL hours accrued and available for use, and the total number of ESSL hours used during the pay period.

I have the noted year end changes on the year end page below:

We do not get into state specific reporting so there will be no changes around this at year end.

Depending on what you are using for your accruals, some of this can be done with the existing product you use.

    Thanks
