I work on a custom, Model-Driven App. Within the Accounts table, we have the org chart app that appears on each account. I was asked by a user if there is a way to default the org chart view to expanded. Essentially, this saves teams time from having to go through each individual contact and expand each time they are accessing the org chart.
Is this something that can be custom built, applied by changing a setting, or modified based on a view?
Has anyone encountered this request before?
Is there another org chart app that works better?
As an aside, I believe this is the org chart app that is out of the box from the Sales Model Driven version of the app.
