Mobile App stuck on Welcome Screen in iOS Devices

Good morning to everyone. I would appreciate your advise with the following problem observed on iOS 17 Devices

Scenario:
Dynamics 365 CE On-premises 9.1.23.10 (Latest Version) using IFD and ADFS
All iOS 17 users using the CRM from the Mobile App. (latest version available on Apple Store)

Problem:

After using the mobile app without any issues for a while, the Dynamics 365 for Phones app becomes unresponsive, getting stuck on the blue Welcome Screen for all iOS users. Even with the tracing log enabled in the mobile app, no file is generated. Currently, iOS users are unable to launch the app. Any assistance and valuable advice are appreciated.

we are experiencing this on some of our iPhone app users as well. Have tried all the various options in the app and cannot get past the welcome screen.

Have un-installed/re-installed the app, tried different users on the affected phones but all get stuck on welcome. Android app works fine.

This was fixed for us with an update to the app on January 17th, 2024.
