Good morning to everyone. I would appreciate your advise with the following problem observed on iOS 17 Devices
Scenario:
Dynamics 365 CE On-premises 9.1.23.10 (Latest Version) using IFD and ADFS
All iOS 17 users using the CRM from the Mobile App. (latest version available on Apple Store)
Problem:
After using the mobile app without any issues for a while, the Dynamics 365 for Phones app becomes unresponsive, getting stuck on the blue Welcome Screen for all iOS users. Even with the tracing log enabled in the mobile app, no file is generated. Currently, iOS users are unable to launch the app. Any assistance and valuable advice are appreciated.
