Dear experts,

I'm using Revenue recognition module, while processing the Step: Process Reallocate price with new order line. The error "The transactions on voucher Rev-000000007 do not balance as per 4/21/2020. (accounting currency: -40,845,000.00 - reporting currency: -40,845,000.00)" appear.

Please help me with this issue,

    Good Morning Thu,

    Most of the time those messages are the result of a missing configuration/account setup.

    Can you double check whether this is the case?

    Also, can you double check whether you see the same error message in a MS standard contoso environment?

    If you get the same error there then please open a support ticket with the MS support.

    Hi Ludwig,

    Sorry for late reply. It looks like when i posted the adjusted invoice before posting the reallocation transaction, so when the system reverse the previous invoice, the balance is not nil so the error pop up.
