Sequence not progressing to the next step

Hello all,

So I have a sequence set up in Dynamics to send out emails to clients automatically, if they click the link then it creates an activity for me and if no lonk is lick then its suppose to wait a few days and send them another email. However the "no" section (if link is not clicked) is not being progressed to. I ahve to go into sales accelerator and complete the first activity. Can you tell me what is wrong here? I have over 200 leads and I'm currently having to manually go through and click next step on all of them. I cant mass "next step" either.

This does not exist in my power automate tenant. I'm not sure why
