Exporting to Excel sheet with Table formatting breaks dates

I used Export Solutions to create a link between an Excel sheet and a SmartList, and I am having issues with the date column; when I format the Excel sheet as a Table (required for what I'm trying to do), the dates in all the rows are equal to the date of the last row.

I tried all sorts of modifications, and the only thing that works is removing the Table formatting on the Excel sheet. Unfortunately, this won't work in my application.

Does anybody have a work-around for exporting to an Excel sheet that has Table formatting?
