Please guide me how I can setup default Quarantine Management tick under the Default Values tab on the item arrival form and function accordingly.

Hi Neeta,
Please try to find arrival overview profiles on the Arrival overview home page and use them for your need.
Arrival overview profiles are used to set default values as per need and you can save your settings as you want.
From your screenshot I can see you are inside the arrival journal and this setup is on the arrival overview form.
