NAV2013R2 - Rapidstart cannot import table 7004 sales line discounts

Hi there!

We are trying to import 7004 sales line discounts using Rapidstart (NAV2013R2) to migrate data which we prepare using template from Rapidstart. However, even if item card has correct setting <item disc. group has a value which is equaled to code value of 7004 sales line discount table template, due to the following error, it does not go through.

The field Code of table Sales Line Discount contains a value xxxx that cannot be found in the related table (item). 

So, I tested below using Cronus USA (sample company).

Export template 7004: sales line discounts.

Confirm the template (Code) has correct value of item disc. group code in item card. 

Without change, I tried to import the exported template file using RapidStart

We got the same error  as mentioned above (see screenshots below). Item card correctly has a value of item disc. group but Rapidstart blocks as if item card (table number 27) does not have a value.

Does anyone know how we can fix this issue?

    If you are using type Item Disc. Group then Code value should exist in Item Discount Group table and not the Item Discount Group field of Item card.

    1. Check the processing Order of the fields

    Type should be before Code field

    2. If same error after rearranging the fields also then try setting "Validate Field" to No

    Yes, we are using item Disc. Group and Item Discount Group table has value.

    When processing order manually, it works. However, since we need to add more than 100 combinations to sales line discounts, if Rapidstart can handle to import, it can be saved a lot of time for us.

    I tried to change setting to No to "validate Field" of Code field in sales line discounts table (7004) in Rapidstart, but does not allow me to remove the configuration (I tried to this in Cronus USA).

    Do you have any idea to fix this issue?
