can anybody give the root cause and solution for the below issue.
This is the issue while posting the retail statement.
Issue: there are 1 product or barcodes that are not registered

Open that Retail Statement, under Inquiries section on the top, click the Products not found. And then click update in the pop up form. Then try again to post it. Thanks.

Try This Query
Find out Missing Barcode at Head office warehouse.
SELECT dbo.RETAILTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS.BARCODE from dbo.RETAILTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS where dbo.RETAILTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS.BARCODE not in (select dbo.INVENTITEMBARCODE.ITEMBARCODE FROM dbo.INVENTITEMBARCODE) group by dbo.RETAILTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS.BARCODE
Might be some barcode were edited or delete. create New Barcode for the products then pot.

Did you check the inventory transactions that will be included in the statement posting? We had a similar situation when a transfer/purchase order was left hanging for the store, the registration was not completed. Try to finish all purchase/transfer orders for the store and update the inventory with the "Post inventory" batch job in Retail.

make query to compare between retailTransactionSalesTrans, join to table InventItemBarcode make sure barcode id from the item is same.
or
try to debugging class RetailStatementPost.
