New fields are not automatically reflected on the data entities, you need to create entity extensions.
Please follow the steps below：
1.Add your custom field in table extension. Build your model.
2.Create Data entity extension.
3.Add this new data source field to entity field list.
4.Add the same field in new table extension of staging table.
5.Build and sync database.
6.In D365FO UI, sync entity list.
7.In D365FO UI Data Entities list, regenerate the mapping for Entity.
