
We are using dynamic CRM 365 user are facing frequent timeout issue happen after password changed, We are using outlook plugins to connect to CRM & logging ADFS SSO does not required any password. I receive a message that the session has expired and need to re-login again every time when I login it works fine for 20 -30 min without any issues. this issue happen after password changed and only for few user.All others user able to access without sign.
I tried cleaning all entries in credential manger & temp file. but no luck

You can follow the mentioned steps to get rid of this issue
1. Clear the Temp, Cache files for outlook Plugin
2. Cleared all the CRM credentials from Control Panel > Credential Manager (aka 'Manage network passwords')
Note: Do check you don't delete required password
3. Clear cache in IE and do reset of IE configuration. as outlook plugin in backend uses the IE configuration
4. At last you can try to reconfigure Outlook Pugin for the user after performing all the above steps.
