I am trying to process a sales order but I am not able to complete the work since there is no target license plate generated.
And getting the below error.
And how can I make this field editable?
Hello Nandhini,
Targeted license plate should be created while processing the work step, please process the pick and load steps from the WMS portal and ensure that your menu item has generate license plate enabled.
I see you are using demo data, so you can work with menu items sales picking and sales load.
