Sales order Invoice button disabled

HI,

I have a sales order that has a status "delivered". But when I am trying to create an invoice I find the invoice button disabled. Attached below is a screen shot.

Does any one know how to enable the invoice button so that an Invoice for the can be generated

    Hello AH86,

    Can this be caused by a user rights issue?

    If you take a look at your screenprint provided, what is the cancelled invoice button for? I am not aware of such a standard button/functionality. Can your posting issue thus be caused by a system modification and a missing setup?

    What's you system version (AX2012 R2/R3 Cu...) and for which country have you setup your company?

    Hi Ludwig,

    There is a customization which is creating this problem. I found a work around by posting sales invoices through periodic- Sales update- invoice.
