Documents not loading on cases.

case:

when I open a case of user A I cannot view my documents in that it is showing me the contact list, where if I am opening another case of user b then I can see the documents attached in that case.

STUCK.

Is the document you want to view a SharePoint document?
In that case, is SharePoint document linkage?

yes, it is a SharePoint document that I want to view.
I can see that is working fine BUT in some of the users only.
