Hi, I have a few score model right right now.And I would like to know is there any method to combine the score of all the score model ?
Basically what I would like to do is to calculate the sum of the score model and pass the high potential customers to our sales team for further follow up.Is there any suggestion/best practice for it?

There isn't a way to combine individual scoring models into a universal one. You will effectively have to recreate the conditions from the individual models into the universal scoring model.
Could you elaborate more around the scenarios you are trying to solve with your lead scoring - specifically what are the individual scores that you want to sum up meant to denote?
If there are merely a way of denoting progress towards the final sales ready score then you could consider just having a single lead scoring model and use grades to denote progress towards sales readiness - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/score-manage-leads#establish-grades-and-the-sales-ready-score

Actually it is absolutely fine to combine all the conditions into one scoring model.
I tried to separate them just because I want everything looks more clear.
But as long as the score is calculating in the correct way and the lead can be passed to sales teams, there is no problem on having a single lead scoring model.
