Foreign Currency Revaluation

Hello Guys, I have a requirement from Auditors to provide raw data on the Foreign currency revaluation process.

They want to see all the currency rates the system uses to run this task, the foreign currency value at the time transactions was booked.

I am wondering if there are tables I can query for this information, any pointers will be appreciated. Thank you

    Hi Anoghena,

    The raw data would be then the exchange rates and all accounting entries if the question is only about the general ledger revaluation.

    Exchange rates: ExchangeRate

    Accounting entries: GenenalJournalEntry and GeneralJournalAccountEntry.

    Do you also need information about bank, customer and vendor revaluations?

    Customer transactions: CustTrans

    Vendor transactions: VendTrans

    Bank account transactions: BankAccountTrans

    Thank you very much, Andre, But I am looking at those tables is maybe a specific set of fields that are being used for the revaluation, for example, the custrans table, what field/Column should I be looking at for the revaluation?

    Hi Anoghena,

    To get that information, you can better look at the actual coding in the classes which performs the revaluation job. I don't have that knowledge in my head.
