When journals posted, an inventory issue or receipt is posted, and ledger transactions generated; in addition to date of transaction, item number, qty., cost prices I want the journal to specify ïtem description if possible, thank you

Do you mean that you want to have the item description included in the voucher transactions that is created?
There is an option to incude field values from the inventory journal lines into a default description that is posted with your journal.
However, I have not seen the item description field there, which means that you would have to adjust that if needed.
