Show tasks in subgrid for the regarding Account on Appointment form

Hi,

I would like to show the task entity as a subgrid on the appointment form, and to show all tasks regarding the selected Account on the appointment. I guess I need to create a relationship between task and appointment but will I be able to show all tasks for the selected Account? Just to clarify, we are not creating tasks regarding an appointment, the regarding on task is an Account.

Hi Emma,

We will insert a qucik view form of Account in the Appointment form.

Step 1. Create a qucik view form for Account.

Step 2. Insert a sub-grid of Task in the quick view form. Save and publish the quick view form.

Step 3. Insert the quick view form of Account in the Appointment form.
