How can I set up O365 to work with GP 2018 Email?

Hello, 

So recently we made the change to O365 and after our GP was throwing the error, "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request".

I changed the HKEY and now it prompts me to sign into Exchange after I do a "send to" on GP. We do not have exchange anymore since we are now on O365, but I have tried several different credentials and have gotten nowhere. 

There has to be something I am missing, I just don't know what it is. Would anyone be able to assist me or have possible ran into this same issue before?

    Thank you for your post. Email issues can be diverse and some a little tricky. One size resolution sometimes does not fit all. Here are some links for you to start with and use as a reference.
