One of our Customer need to disable the Copy option from the contact and opportunity pages they are using NAV 2013 .Kindly suggest me how to restrict the copy option in pages

the problem is not the copy action, but the paste action in that case.
you can set following page properties to No:
Editable
InsertAllowed
ModifyAllowed
after that copy is still possible, but paste is not possible.
do that for the contact card and the contact card subform.
You can't restrict the copy option :(
