Update employee profile from D365 FO to Azure active directory

I wanted to update employee profile ( Job title , department , manager) to Azure active directory. which is the best way to achieve this?. Please advice.

    D365 Data Events -> Azure Logic App -> Azure Entra/AAD API or Connector
