2 weeks ago we upgraded from GP10 SP5 to GP 2013 R2. We are experiencing issues with the Field Service module.
Our biggest issue is that our service calls are incrementing at an astronomical number each time a new call is placed. It is variable and there is no rhyme or reason. It could be 100 to 500 each time. We do use eConnect but this is happening in the interface as well.
For example if I enter in a new call and I am at 8782, I cancel that call and enter in a new call it goes to 9333. After that call is entered, the next call is 9664. Very strange. I have my programmer looking at the stored procedures but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue?
The next issue we had after the upgrade is in our svc00600 table. All of the BilCyc records were changed to 3. We had the below before the upgrade, now everything has been changed to 3. I called our partner and she said that someone on a forum said that this was an issue, but there is nothing on CustomerSource for this.
Anyone else seen the below issue and if so, what did you do to fix it...
4350 records with BilCyc = 1
7682 records with BilCyc = 3
380 records with BilCyc = 4
29,195 records with BilCyc = 5
