Enabling Shipping carrier configuration key

Hi all,

One of our client need to use some fields from SalesTable that have a "ShipCarrier" configuration key enabled. I cant find any way to enable this key. I know that in D365 that is done from LCS, and I have done it couple of times for other configuration keys. But the problem is that this config key has "Can be enabled" property set to "No". Is there any way to enable such configuration keys?

this could be on purpose done by MS hence may not be allowed

The old Shipping carrier functionality is marked by Microsoft for deletion in favour of the new TMS Shipping carriers. It may not be used.
