I have followed the directions here:
Send a survey by using Power Automate | Microsoft Docs
Everything completed successfully in Power Automate.
Even in Dynamics the Customer voice invites shows survey status as sent.
But I never received it?
Anything I am needing to add extra? Where does the email actually come from Dynamics? or Forms? Or do I need to add in my flow?

Mattw112b -- the email should come from surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com -- it may take a few minutes depending on if there are lots of email in the queue. If you still have not receive it after a few more minutes. Please send the survey link to customervoice@microsoft.com and we will take a look.

The issue turned out to be a cisco spam tool my IT uses. Thanks Welly for the help.
