Mobile device signing out when a menu option is selected

I am in the process of building out WHS flows regarding cluster picking and have run across a strange issue that I am having difficulty troubleshooting. I have created both a Create Cluster and Pick Cluster menu item. I am able to execute the Create Cluster without a problem and can see the cluster in AX. If I sign in and navigate to the Pick Cluster option, the mobile device signs itself out and stops on the sign in screen. I am not getting any messages indicating anything is wrong and from what I can tell all of my settings are the same as the standard DEMO environment. (Not sure that it makes a difference but I am using the WHSWorkExecute form running in AX).

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated.
