i am trying to send email out through Microsoft Dynamics GP, any module, but when i click check my email button is grayed out. i have already done Email configuration for Workflow and my Email setting is Sales Configuration and purchase configuration is proper.
need help to enable this button for all reports.

Hi Amar,
Not all documents are setup to allow for them to be sent via email. You would need to make sure that you have a word template assigned, along with the other setup you mentioned above, in order to email the document. With that being said I also do not see a default template for the Vendor Check Register, so that one would not be available to be emailed. Do you see the same issue of the email button being grayed out, if you try to send the PO or Sales Invoice for example, assuming that you have word templates assigned to those reports as well?
