Updated data does not reflect in reports immediately. It takes 15 mins to reflect or on logout>login. Is there a way to disable the portal cache?
If not, can we reduce the cache time from 15 mins to 10 seconds?
If not, can we give a custom Refresh button on the PowerApps portal which calls the Clear cache option? This Refresh button can be placed on any particular desired screen.
HI Umed,
Unfortunately, you can’t disable the Power Apps portal cache or reduce cache time.
Only Portal administrator can click ‘clear cache’ button in <portal_path>/_services/about page, the button that can clear cache can’t be added to other page.
For more information, you can refer following link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/clear-server-side-cache
Also, in the new Portal editor clicking the link in the top right corner that says Browse website will cause a full cache reset like the Clear cache button does.
