Dear Experts,

Why it happens, developed a Report after a week or some time its class corrupt or lose it status, please check in the image and suggest me some permanent solution.

What you're looking at is not a class, but a reference to a class in a project.

It looks like that a class of this name doesn't exist anymore (it was renamed or deleted) and nobody updated the project.
