I have a requirement to build an applicant submission form for our HR department.
I found out the office 365 licensed Microsoft Forms does not allow anonymous users to submit files. Only internal users are allowed.
Can someone confirm I have the ability for anonymous form submissions with attachments with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?
Can I store the documents in a SharePoint library and run flow's on it after?
Just looking to see if this will satisfy our requirements before I purchase the subscription.

D365 Customer Voice has a capability to explicitly mark the respondent details as anonymous using the settings. Here is the documentation link for the same Survey distribution settings | Microsoft Docs
We are working on allowing anonymous users to upload files to a survey but the documents will be stored in Dataverse which can be copied over to SharePoint using workflows.
