Hi,
My customer wants to update the setup of collection letter especially the address part but couldn't find out solution.
- Set collection letter which is same as invoice address but not primary address.
I tried several test but found out it always takes primary address which is usually 'purpose-business'.
Do you have idea?

So, you want to have the invoice address printed on the collection letters, is that right?
How do you identify the invoice address? Is that based on the address purpose that has been defined?

Yes and No.
When the customer account is same as invoice account, then they use 'address purpose' to identify the invoice address.
And when they have another invoice account that is not same as customer account then use the invoice account.
But, for now, it should be okay if there is way to select address for collection letter which is same as the address purpose invoice.
I fear that you will need some need from a developer for this.
The standard application does not fully support what you are looking for.
