Hi,
I tried to open one of the Cloud hosted environment, but it pops up a dialog "The server xxx.dynamics.com is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that is from Digest."
Even though I key in the user name and password for a few times, still keep popping up the dialogs.

I have never seen such dialog. I assume you have some customization or ISV solution there? Could you share a screenshot?
Hi Yuji,
I have seen this before. This can happen when the service is not running properly. Can you check if the IIS and all Dynamics related services are running correctly? You can also expect such error when the system is in maintenance.
